Privacy Policy for My eBantuan

This Privacy Policy applies to the My eBantuan app (hereby referred to as “Application”) created by Abik (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include the following:

A. Personal Data (Processed Ephemerally)

To provide specific features, such as the AI-powered aid eligibility scanner, the Application may collect user inputs including Name, Ethnicity, and Financial Information (e.g., income details).

• How we handle it: This data is processed ephemerally. It is sent to our system solely to generate results and is not stored, retained, or shared on our servers after the session is completed.

B. Financial Information

The Application offers virtual items (Tokens) for purchase. We collect Purchase History information to facilitate these transactions.

• Note: All financial transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not store your credit card details or banking information directly.

C. Device and Usage Data (For Advertising & Analytics)

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. This includes:

• Device or other IDs: Such as the Android Advertising ID, used for advertising and fraud prevention.
• App Interactions: Data on how you interact with ads and content.
• Crash Logs & Diagnostics: To help us fix bugs and improve stability.

2. Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data.

3. User Accounts and Data Retention

This Application does not support user account creation.

• We do not require users to register or create a login profile.
• Since we do not store personal user profiles on our servers, there is no account deletion process required.
• Data related to Token purchases is managed by the Google Play Store and is subject to Google’s data retention policies.

4. Location Data

This Application does not collect or track your precise geographic location (GPS).

5. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. However, please be aware that although we provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

6. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.

The Service Provider may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
